Yes. Looking forward to Osgood and Kate. I thought Clara was showing UNIT up a bit in the first episode. Made Kate look quite inept.

I think it's part of a sort of unsettled feeling abut this whole new regeneration - Peter's Doctor was at first very unsure how to be the Doctor, he reminded me of Colin Baker to some extent.  And in last week's episode he even stated something to the effect that this regeneration is not  particularly good, I can't recall the exact words.  At the start he seemed to have forgotten about compassion, almost, and now he's re-learning it.  I think Clara's helped him with that, but I do agree that Unit, especially Unit-in-the future, seems wobbly.  Maybe there's a story-arc coming on that?  I goggle at the thought of this Doctor and River, she might be a bit cross with him if I'm right in my assessment above!

Yes. I'm looking forward to tonight's episode. Vikings and alien warriors clash. Hopefully a recipe for some action.

Plenty of action - and the sunglasses broke!  Is that the end of them?  And has he indeed made a huge mistake?

He probably has made a mistake. She might be a bit like Jack. Sonic screwdrivers are a lot more resistant as well as sonic lipstick. Perhaps he could have a sonic handheld device or gun?

I just hope he finds the screwdriver!
