Nobody would say that writing is an easy career path, no matter what kind of writing you do. For we purveyors of fiction however, it's almost impossible at times to stay focused and positive in an overcrowded, fickle marketplace where the average reader has the attention span of a gnat...

This is a place where we can share/empathise/console or just plain whinge and mutter about the path to 'success' - whatever that means to you.
